Brilliant on the legendary Streif, Marco Odermatt and Cyprien Sarrazin also demonstrated great downhill skills during the traditional après-ski organized on Saturday evening as a continuation of the Kitzbühel speed events. Shirtless behind the bar, “Odi” tried to teach his great rival the Swiss anthem in a video which quickly set social networks ablaze.
The two speed specialists can enjoy a few days of rest after a particularly intense start to the year, since the next clash of their epic downhill battle is not scheduled until February 2 in Chamonix, in the homeland of the double winner from Kitzbühel. The 26-year-old Nidwalden will, however, have no shortage of work in the coming days since a giant awaits him on Tuesday (at 5:35 p.m. on RTS 2) in Schladming, still in Austria.
