The board of directors of the Egyptian club, headed by Kamel Abu Ali, completed the procedures for contracting with Ihab Galal to take over the tasks of the technical management of the first football team in the club, for a period of one season, starting from the beginning of the next football season 2023/2022.
It is worth noting that Ihab Galal had previously assumed the leadership of the Al-Masry team, during the period between mid-December of the year 2018 until February of the year 2020, where he succeeded in leading the team to achieve fourth place in the league and subsequently qualify for the African Confederation Championship, during which he arrived team to the quarter-finals.
It is worth noting that Ihab Galal had previously assumed the technical leadership of the Beni Suef Telephone Clubs, Misr Al-Maqassa, Zamalek, Al-Ahly Tripoli, Libya and Ismaili, in addition to his position as the technical director of the Egyptian national team.
