Officially.. The Moroccan national team is protesting against the “injustice” of the France match referee

The Moroccan Football Association announced, on Thursday, that it had submitted an official protest to the International Federation of the Game regarding an “arbitral injustice” it was subjected to in the match against France (0-2) on Wednesday in the semi-finals of the Qatar 2022 World Cup.

The Moroccan Federation said in a statement: The Royal Moroccan Football League (Al-Ittihad) strongly protested against the arbitration of the Moroccan national team’s match against the French national team, led by (Mexico) Cesar Arturo Ramos Palazuelos, explaining that he had sent a letter to the competent body that included the arbitration cases that prevented the Moroccan national team from Two clear penalties, with the testimony of arbitration specialists.

The federation added, “The university was surprised at the same time that the mouse room (video assistant referee) was not alerted to this.”

He continued: The Royal Moroccan Football Federation affirms that it will not hesitate to defend the rights of our team, calling for fairness in taking the necessary measures regarding the arbitral injustice that was practiced on the Moroccan national team in its match against the French national team, in the semi-final drawing of the World Cup.

Moroccan officials are protesting against the blocking of striker Sofiane Boufal inside the area by defender Theo Hernandez, and instead of awarding a penalty kick, he awarded a yellow card to the French striker, Angers.
