ÖHB women kept the World Cup chance against Spain alive

Maria Enzersdorf – Austria’s women’s national handball team is traveling to Spain with hopes of the World Cup. The ÖHB team defied the favored Spaniards in Maria Enzersdorf in the play-off first leg on Saturday following a successful catch-up race by 28:28 (14:18). The second leg takes place on Wednesday in Antequera in Malaga (20.45 ORF Sport +). It is regarding qualifying for the World Cup finals scheduled for November 29th to December 17th in Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
