OJ temporarily suspends its IT services after identifying “an unusual event”

The Judicial Branch affirms that it implemented actions to maintain the protection of all information.

The Judicial Branch (OJ) reported that this Friday, May 10, its computer security system “identified an unusual event in digital information services.”

He added that this situation forced the IT Department to temporarily suspend all its IT services.

The suspension is with the objective of maintaining control of the computer security of this State Organization.

He highlighted that this measure ensured that all information and interconnectivity in the institution were protected.

In addition, it activated the alert that allowed the restriction of any external attempt that affects the information network.

In response to the recent interruption, the OJ’s IT Management will issue certificates of non-availability of service, which will serve as proof of legitimate impediment, and may be alleged and proven in accordance with the law.

He also thanked users for “their understanding of the inconvenience caused.” and reported that services have been fully restored.

He indicated that he remains “committed to innovation and continuous improvement to provide quick, safe and efficient access to justice for all citizens.”
