ON VIDEO | They cause more than $30,000 in damage due to a dip

Three female customers ransacked a New York restaurant, with damages of more than $30,000, because they were unhappy about having to pay $2.27 for an extra dip, according to the New York Post.

The incident took place around 4:10 a.m. at the Bel Fries fries restaurant on July 3.

According to the video posted on Twitter, the women can be seen throwing bottles and metal objects at employees, jumping on counters and throwing sauce all over the restaurant.

Their source of frustration? The $2.27 charges for an extra dip.

During the altercation, two employees were injured.

The restaurant had to close temporarily for repairs. The damage costs amount to $32,420.12.

Pearl Ozoria, 27, who also beat a policeman, Chitara Plasencia, 25, and Tatiyana Johnson, 23, were arrested.

The trio appeared before a judge on Friday.
