ONCF and CNDP sign a membership agreement for the DATA-TIKA program (press release)

Rabat – The ONCF (Office National des Chemins de Fer) and the CNDP (National Commission for the Control of the Protection of Personal Data) signed, on Thursday, a partnership agreement to join the “DATA TIKA” program.

Signed by Mr. Mohamed Rabie Khlie, Director General of ONCF, and Mr. Omar Seghrouchni, President of CNDP, this agreement formalizes ONCF’s membership in the “DATA-TIKA” program, set up by CNDP. on July 9, 2020, with the aim of proactively protecting Moroccan citizens within the digital ecosystem and strengthening personal data protection measures.

In a joint press release, the two parties underline that part 1 of this partnership aims to finalize the compliance of ONCF processing.

Part 2 should enable the implementation of Privacy by Design approaches to understand topics such as: data hosting, the Cloud, customer management (travelers and freight), prospecting, legal continuity, resource management Humanities and the enhancement of heritage, adds the press release, specifying that part 3 aims to issue guidelines on the aforementioned subjects.
