Update, Monday, November 28, 2018, 9:30 a.m.

He did not survive. A one-and-a-half-year-old baby died on Sunday evening after being seriously injured in a road accident. The little victim had been airlifted a few hours earlier, when she was in cardio-respiratory arrest. Her grandmother was driving the car she was in and had just been hit by another vehicle. The shock, of great violence, took place at midday, in the Col de Plum at Mont-Dore.

Injured, the grandmother is still hospitalized. Just like the other driver who was coming in front.

An investigation has been opened to understand the circumstances of the accident. A drama which now brings to 62 the number of people killed on Caledonian roads since the beginning of the year.
