A local party secretary of the Kurdish Islamist party Hüda Par has been killed in Turkey. The politician died in a knife attack at the party’s office in the southern province of Adana, Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya said on Twitter on Saturday. The provincial head of the party was injured in the incident. The alleged attacker was arrested, according to the information. Nothing was initially known regarding the motive.
