One truck from BMW already delivers engines that are completely emission-free

On the production lines at the Steyr plant, BMW is already on the verge of saying goodbye to the combustion engine and replacing it with a climate-friendly electric drive. Now, however, the Bavarians are also focusing on sustainability and environmental protection in the area around their engine plant in terms of delivery logistics. A fully electric truck is already being used in a pilot project for regional transport between the plant and the surrounding external warehouse.
