According to the leaker, the OnePlus 10T will be available with a 16GB LPDDR5 RAM option, making it the first OnePlus phone to feature such a huge RAM. This may be the same variant that appeared on the AnTuTu benchmarking platform with a great score 1131151. This variant is an addition to the 8GB / 12GB RAM models.

The OnePlus 10T is said to have a touch 6.7-inch FHD+ LTPO 2.0 AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, 360Hz touch sampling rate, HDR10+, RGB, P3 color gamut and possibly Corning Gorilla Glass. It must be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 chipset paired with up to 16GB RAM and 256GB storage option. It will probably run on OxygenOS which is meant for Android 12 out of the box.
As for the cameras, the OnePlus 10T is said to have a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary camera, an 8MP wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. It can have a 16MP front camera. However, reports have said that this will be a version intended for China only and the global variant will have different optics. The universal variant will have a 50MP primary sensor, a 16MP secondary lens, and a 2MP macro unit. The front camera will be a 32-megapixel sensor.
The OnePlus 10T is said to have an in-display fingerprint sensor for security, an X-axis linear motor, and a 4800mAh battery with 150W fast charging support. Connectivity options can include 2×2 MIMO, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, SBC, aptX HD, LDAC, NFC, and a USB Type-C port.
