Ongoing police operation against outlaw bikers

The Sûreté du Québec (SQ) carried out around twenty searches on Wednesday morning as part of an operation once morest drug trafficking in Saint-Hyacinthe, in Montérégie.

Police officers from the Montérégie Regional Mixed Squad (ERM) arrested several individuals who were allegedly involved in drug trafficking in connection with outlaw bikers.

In addition to the SQ’s tactical intervention group, more than 70 police officers were mobilized in this major operation once morest this network which would operate in the MRC des Maskoutains.
