New Delhi: The court held that only the main accused is guilty in the Hathras gang-rape-murder case that shook the country. The court acquitted the three accused in the case. SC/ST in Uttar Pradesh The special court gave the judgment in the case on Thursday.
In the 2020 Hathras case, the court found only Sandeep Thakur, the main accused, guilty. Only the crime of culpable homicide might be proved once morest him in the court. The other accused in the case are Ravi, Lavkusha and Ramu who were acquitted. Ramu is Sandeep’s cousin and others are Sandeep’s friends.
