Austria wants more solidarity in the workplace. However, when it comes to active intervention, people show restraint. Discriminatory labels, perceived sexism and the use of sexist terms are tolerated by many. This is shown by the core results of the survey on “Allyship in the Austrian labor market” by the Weconomy initiative and the Ketchum communications agency. Around 1,000 people between the ages of 14 and 75 from all over Austria were surveyed in September 2023.
