Oppo launched the flagship Find X6 series this year, which has received a lot of praise for its shooting performance. Its successor, the Find X7 series, will be released before the Spring Festival next year. Recently, the shooting specifications of the Find X7 series have been exposed. It will be equipped with Sony LYT900 1″ sensor and there will be certain upgrades in hardware configuration.

Last year, the Oppo Find X6 Pro used the Sony IMX989 1″ sensor, and the Sony LYT900 1″ sensor is an upgraded version of the Sony IMX989 1″ sensor. The Sony LYT900 sensor will also add a DCG function (Dual Conversion Gain), which can be used in different Shooting scenes, automatically switch between HCG (High Conversion Gain) and LCG (Low Conversion Gain) modes.

To put it simply, in an environment with sufficient light, the sensor will use the LCG mode to make the photo quality cleaner, prevent the photo from being overexposed, and preserve the details of the object. The sensor in low-light environments will switch to HCG mode to increase sensitivity and improve noise removal performance, allowing for excellent performance in low-light shooting.

The Oppo Find X7 series is also expected to be equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. It is believed to be an annual flagship product mainly focused on photography. However, this year’s Find X6 series will only be launched in China. I wonder if there will be a Hong Kong version of the Find X7 series next year. Woolen cloth? Everyone will have to wait and see.
