Mr. Peerapong Jaroon-ek, Chief Executive Officer of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), a fully integrated real estate developer, revealed that the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders resolved to approve the payment of Dividend from the company’s operations for the last 6 months of the year 2021 (1 Jul.-31 Dec. 20) and retained earnings in cash to shareholders at the rate of 0.42 baht per share, a total of 1,030,731,430.26 baht, with the sign XD on May 9, 2022, the list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends (Record Date) on May 10, 2022, and the dividend payment date to shareholders by May 24, 2022.
For the year 2021, the company has paid an interim dividend.
