WARSAW (Archyde.com) – Polish oil and gas company Orlen is preparing to file an arbitration claim once morest U.S. exporter Venture Global LNG for failing to supply contracted cargoes, despite selling to non-contracted customers during the price surge, three sources familiar with the matter told Archyde.com. “I know it’s being considered, I know there have been preparations to file a complaint,” one person said, speaking on condition of anonymity. Two other people confirmed that Orlen was considering filing a complaint, with one saying it had not yet been filed. Orlen’s press office declined to comment on the matter, while a spokesperson for Venture Global was not immediately available for comment.
