Orry Jackson in an interview about music

In the “Questionnaire” section, artists answer a total of 15 questions on the subject of music. They are also given an additional task: take a music-related photo or draw or write something with a pencil. This time with Orry Jackson.

First CD: The Kelly Family – Over the hump

First concert: O-Town in the Bonn Museum Mile

Earliest childhood memory related to music: My first appearance together with my sister. I was 4 or 5 years old.

Current favorite song: I don’t currently have a favorite song. But I’m listening to Simply Red and Phil Collins a lot again right now.

Most embarrassing favorite song: Backstreet Boys – I want it that way (I’m actually not embarrassed)

Own favorite song: “Fucked Up” – wrote the song together over a long period of time. Ossama El Bourno Patrik Wamser and I put a lot of time and passion into this number.

favorite song linee: “How can a person endure seeing you every day” Philipp Poisel

Best concert: Kendrick Lamar in Munich. The atmosphere there was incredible.

Worst concert: That was a club show by a rapper. I don’t have to mention names now.

Best own concert: The smallest concert I’ve played so far. That was in Mainz in front of 50-70 people, none of whom knew me. I don’t think they really wanted me either, but when I left the stage, everyone stood up and yelled “encore”.

Vinyl, CD or mp3? I come from the CD era. I still have so many CDs with my parents. I like vinyl too. But today, of course, MP3. It’s just easier.

Download or stream? Downloads are obviously better for the artists, but I understand that many people prefer to stream. Both good.

Club concert or festival? festivals Definitive.

Three songs that shouldn’t be missing from my mixtape: Michael Jackson – Thriller, Usher – U got it bad, 2pac – Changes

Which album I will definitely not take with me to a desert island: Ballermann Hits
