First, cook spaghetti al dente in salted water. Once they are ready, drain the pasta and put them under cold water. Cut tomatoes into small cubes, peppers into slices and coriander into large pieces. Add them to the pasta with some green olives and sweet peppers. For the vinaigrette, try to prepare a mixture of extra virgin olive oil, coarse salt, lime and black pepper. Enjoy!
