Its diagnosis remains late because of non-specific symptoms appearing when the tumor is already advanced. The main risk factor is genetic and the essential protective factor is prolonged estrogen-progestogen oral contraception. However, thanks to therapeutic progress, the incidence of these cancers is decreasing slightly.
