Following the Mediterranean Games, the 13th edition of the South American Games runs from September 12 to 26 in the province of Santa Fe, Argentina. Padel features as a medal sport there after appearing as an exhibition sport four years ago in Asunción, Paraguay. Simultaneously, Asia steps into the spotlight as the Aichi-Nagoya 2026 Asian Games host medal events from September 19 to October 4.
Asian markets have experienced growth. According to the FIP World Padel Report 2025, more than 600 new courts were built across the continent between April 2024 and October 2025, lifting total infrastructure to more than 1,700 courts. The year will cap off in Riyadh from December 13 to 21, where padel features as a medal sport at the Asian Indoor & Martial Arts Games.
