Regarding the answers, it all depends on the type of training you have applied for. If you have only applied for selective training (preparatory class, BTS, etc.) you may indeed receive only negative responses.

Non-selective courses (licence, specific “health access” course – PASS) cannot say “no” to you, but put you on a waiting list (your position will be indicated opposite the wish).

In order not to take the risk of being refused everywhere, guidance counsellors, such as the Frequently Asked Questions of Parcoursup, generally advise applying for selective AND non-selective training.
