The Paris Commercial Court ordered the liquidation of the delivery company, in receivership since March.
The Paris Commercial Court on Wednesday ordered the liquidation in France of the express grocery delivery companies Getir and Gorillas, a lawyer representing Gorillas employees told an AFP journalist present at the end of the hearing.
«Liquidation has been pronounced for Gorillas and Getirsaid Marie-Sophie Vincent, a lawyer for the Gorillas CSE. Gorillas belongs to the Turkish giant Getir, whose French subsidiary had been in receivership since March and had decided to leave the French market.
