Paris Saint-Germain women’s team and Deloitte team up to embody female leadership

The Paris Saint-Germain women’s team and Deloitte have formalized an exclusive partnership for two seasons. The capital team and the world’s leading audit and consultancy team up to promote the development of women’s sport and gender equality in the corporate world.

On the occasion of the quarter-final of the Champions League between Paris Saint-Germain and Wolfsburg on Wednesday March 22, the two brands wanted to involve their employees in the event: nearly 800 Deloitte supporters attended the match, while all of the club’s employees were invited to the stadium, as part of the equality month organized by the Paris Saint-Germain Foundation. This partnership takes shape this Thursday, March 23, when the Parc des Princes becomes the playground for 180 students invited by Deloitte to meet their recruiters during a Talent Games.

David Dupont-Noel, Deputy Managing Director of Deloitte “For Deloitte, this partnership meets several objectives, first and foremost that of contributing to the development and promotion of a leading sports team in France and Europe. This is why we have chosen to focus only on the female axis. Supporting a high-level women’s team means wanting to show the paths of women who are emancipated, fulfilled and who embody our desire for openness and progress in terms of equality. »

Sabrina Delannoy, Deputy Sporting Director of Paris Saint-Germain Women “We are happy to count on the support of a partner so committed to promoting the place of women in society. The development of women’s football requires the mobilization of all players wishing to promote equality and women’s sport. Together we will push this movement harder. »

Lucille Chabanel, Partner and Parity Leader at Deloitte : “This partnership also supports the “talents” policy of Deloitte, which is concretely committed to promoting the feminization of its professions. “Women’s football and our professions, two apparently different playing fields, are two worlds where progress in terms of parity is a major issue. »

Charlotte Vandeputte, Leader Talent chez Deloitte : “The PLAY FAIR signature and its associated messages express our ambitions for openness and diversity. The campaign will naturally feed our communications and support our brand-employer actions. We recruit 2,000 new employees per year, address 3,500 students during 180 annual recruitment events, and support women’s career paths internally. We want to be widely involved in this approach with our employees and new talent pools. »
