Against the votes of the FPÖ, SPÖ and Neos, the ÖVP and the Greens decide on the new ORF law in the National Council on Wednesday with a new ORF contribution from everyone. The SPÖ supports fee financing, but rejects the household fee with reference to a lack of social differentiation. The FPÖ fundamentally rejects ORF contributions and the ORF. In particular, the Neos miss a depoliticization of the committees and a fundamental analysis of the ORF’s offer and mission.
