The Guinean government, through the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Decentralization (MATD), plans to organize a Territorial Development Forum in Conakry and in the different prefectures of the country.
The objective of this Forum is to promote participatory development and mobilize local stakeholders to establish a socio-economic diagnosis in order to implement development actions at the local level.
As a prelude to holding the meeting, the Minister of Territorial Administration and Decentralization invites the stakeholders concerned to a preparatory meeting this Wednesday, October 11, 2023, at 3 p.m. in the meeting room of his department.
“The prefectural associations of nationals residing in Conakry are invited to designate a representative per prefecture to participate in this meeting. Therefore, they are asked to communicate to the department the contact details of the person designated by the prefecture,” underlines the press release signed Mory Condé.
