Among the novelties that will arrive with Patch 10.1.5 of Dragonflight is the “Small Scales” Nursery where you will take care of different dragonets that will be in your care and will obtain several pets during the various quests offered. Find all the details below.
The Ruby Essence Sanctuary is awash in eggs and needs help hatching and training five of its Whelps. He therefore called on the team at the “Petites écailles” nursery to lend him a hand. The employees are overwhelmed and need your help taming a few Whelps.
When you arrive on the Dragon Isles, Wingstretch Herald will give you a note. Accept the Eggs Galore quest, which will take you to Amella at the Ruby Essence Sanctuary, where you will learn the profession of Whelp Healer. You will then go to the “Small Scales” nursery in Valdrakken to prepare to take care of your first Wyrmling.
Completing the Nursery daily quests will earn you Stones of Flight, Gold, and more. Completing each Wyrmling’s non-daily questline grants you two pets (one battle pet and one regular pet).

If you complete the graduation quests of all five Whelps, you will get the achievement “It’s Bottle Time” and the title of “Whelp Caretaker”. Completing each daily quest once (16 total) grants the achievement “Wyrmling Not Returned” and the adorable battle pet Axel.

After finishing the Dragonnets quests, go to the races with your little winged proteges. Complete all the races to get the “Nursery Race” achievement and a toy allowing you to be transported by your new comrades, the Wyrmlings, for a moment (slow fall included).
