The founding couple Paula and Jakob recently opened a store at Kleeblattgasse 13 in the first district of Vienna. The company offers jewelry made of diamonds and 14-carat and 18-carat gold. According to “Paula Fine Jewellery”, all pieces are made conflict-free and sustainably in traditional companies using the old goldsmith’s craft.

According to her own statements, the communication scientist Paula wants to combine her passion for language with her passion for jewellery. What stayed with her from her time in the communications industry was her love of interpersonal communication. Because just like letters and e-mails, gold jewelery can also communicate. They would combine joy, preciousness, as well as durability, security, but also tradition.
The two founders, Paula and Jakob, cooperate with family studios that they know personally. Above all, they let their expertise flow into the jewelry production. According to the company, the combination of quality, modernity and timelessness makes their products unique.
“The manufactories come from Istanbul, Athens and Italy and combine traditional goldsmith craftsmanship, learned over decades, with contemporary manufacturing techniques. Every piece that can be purchased from Paula FJ has been carefully selected by us or made according to our design,” explains Paula .

According to a press release, conflict-free diamonds and precious stones and fair and recycled gold are used in the processing of their jewelry. The majority of the products are produced according to internationally recognized quality and sustainability standards and are certified by the “Responsible Jewelery Council (RJC)”.
Paula adds: “Especially in our industry, sustainability is not a matter of course. That’s why it’s important to us to guarantee a responsible and transparent supply chain, from the production of the jewelry to the sale in the shops.”
