Already during the rehearsals, “we see what is coming and everyone has moments of emotion”, says the one who will lead a team of 14 musicians during the presentation of the show Pour toi Céline – tribute to the album D’euxas part of the SuperFrancoFête 2023.
“When you see everything she has done summarized in two hours, you say to yourself: what a career! In the videos, we see the heights she has reached. It’s impressive,” adds Scott Price who, like the singer’s other employees, lives on hope.
“We hope his career is only on hold, but this show is a moment of intense reflection.”
Isabelle Boulay, Mario Pelchat, Bruno Pelletier, Camille Lellouche, Véronic DiCaire, Corneille and Roch Voisine are part of the cast of this show.

“How many singers play in London, Paris, Singapore, Macau? There are not many people at this level. He’s such a big star.”

Scott Price was not around Celine Dion when Two was released in 1995 to become the best-selling French-language album of all time. However, since sharing the stage with her, he has become familiar with a few titles from this legendary album, starting with the essential For you to love me again.
“Céline fans, whether they are in Australia, Germany or England, everyone knows this song. It is the best known of his French repertoire.

“Without saying that we transformed the songs, they became heavier. For example, in Ballet, the blues key is more intense. In 2016, we did I don’t know with a large orchestra, five strings and five brass instruments. For me, as an arranger, it was fun to do a big version.”
