The rating agency maintains the “stable” outlook for the real estate group’s long-term issuer rating.
Fitch confirmed the long-term issuer rating of real estate group Peach Property at “BB” and “stable” outlook. The rating of unsecured loans, on the other hand, was lowered to “BB/RR4” from “BB+”, the agency said on Monday evening.
The downgrading of the rating of the loans is linked to additional investments which were given as collateral for financing signed last July and August.
