Vienna/Lustenau – A woman was run over and killed by a semitrailer in Lustenau on Wednesday. According to initial findings, the pedestrian crossed the L203 immediately in front of the articulated truck when it had to stop due to traffic. When the vehicle traffic started moving once more, the driver of the articulated lorry drove off once more and failed to notice the pedestrian who was directly in front of his vehicle.
