Retire earlier: instructions for buying back quarters

With the pension reform, you will have to meet two conditions to leave at full rate: to be 64 years old except in special cases and to have contributed 172 quarters, i.e. 43 years from 2027. If nothing allows you to escape the age legal, a solution can on the other hand allow you to leave, from this age, without having sufficiently contributed: the repurchase of quarters.
