Now superstar Justin Bieber has also been hit: The 27-year-old is infected with the corona virus and therefore has to cancel a concert appearance.
Canadian singer Justin Bieber (27, “Sorry”) has tested positive for the corona virus and has therefore canceled a concert appearance. This was confirmed by the singer’s spokesman on Sunday, including the US media “Variety” and “People”.
Positive test results within the tour team and the cancellation of Sunday’s performance in Las Vegas, Nevada, had already been announced on the Instagram page of the “Justice World Tour” on Saturday, without Bieber being named.
“Justin is of course extremely disappointed, but the health and safety of his crew and fans is always of the utmost importance to him,” it said on Instagram. The Las Vegas concert has been postponed to late June. It was unclear if Bieber would perform at a concert scheduled for Tuesday in Arizona.
