MUSICIAN Franki Indrasmoro, who is familiarly called Pepeng, emphasized that it was too early to discuss the possibility of a reunion with his former band, Naif.
“When we talk about Naif returning, reunion or rebirth, whatever it is, it seems like if you answer it now it’s too early, I still don’t know. I can’t get ahead of God in saying it can’t be like that. The possibility is still there, but in my opinion it’s almost impossible at this time, ” said the drummer, quoted on Sunday (24/3).
When asked about his personal wishes regarding a Naif reunion, Pepeng revealed that, personally, he didn’t really want to have a reunion.
According to him, his post-Naif life, both physically and mentally, has gone well and is in line with what he wanted at this stage of his life.
For him, if he had to appear together once in a while, it might be a fun moment, but making a permanent comeback was not an option he was considering at the moment.
“Personally, I don’t think I really want to reunite as a band anymore. So, post-Naif life, both physically and mentally, seems to be right for me at this age. So, even if I have to perform together once “It’s really funny, but if it’s for a comeback, it’s rich,” he said.

Currently, Pepeng’s focus is more on himself, especially in his solo music projects.
He stated that his focus will be centered on developing his solo music project in the hope of providing better work to his fans.
“Now the focus is more on yourself, to be more precise, if it’s for a solo music project, it will automatically be focused on too,” concluded Pepeng. (Ant/Z-1)
