WHY ARE SOME EARTHQUAKES CONSIDERED PERCEPTIBLE AND OTHERS NOT?

We understand an earthquake as a process of generation and propagation of waves inside the Earth that, upon reaching the surface, produce movement and vibration of the ground. In order for this vibration to be perceived, it must have enough energy to generate a movement of the ground that can be perceptible and also in that place there must be an observer, that is, a person who reports that they perceived said earthquake.
