Dmitry Peskov commented on the words of the Ukrainian President, who admitted that his meeting with Vladimir Putin may not be.
“Nothing has changed for us here,” Peskov said, noting that Moscow does not reject the possibility of a meeting between “our president” and Vladimir Zelensky.
At the same time, such a meeting, according to him, can be possible only after the text of the document, which is being worked on by Russian and Ukrainian negotiators, is agreed upon.
Asked if the talks themselves were under threat due to the killing of civilians in Bucha, which Kyiv blames on the Russian military, Peskov said the Kremlin “prefers not to share information about the progress of the negotiation process.”
