People with reduced mobility have been waiting for this for a long time. This Monday, “Very Important Parking” is finally released on screens, an application which lists parking spaces reserved for disabled people, but VIP also identifies shops and other cultural sites which are accessible to them in the surrounding area.

The idea germinated a few months ago in the head of Philippe Croizon, himself, always on the move. This adventurer, amputated in all four limbs following being literally burned by a high-voltage line in 1994, while he was dismantling a television antenna on his roof, seemed condemned to immobility.
