The new Minister Delegate for Overseas Territories, Philippe Vigier, came to meet overseas bosses during the meeting of French entrepreneurs (REF) at the Paris-Longchamp racecourse to discuss, announce his roadmap and reassure business leaders of the Overseas Committee of the MEDEF. They were more than 80 members to have made the trip from their territory of origin.
