Evan Hines is originally from California. He discovered the world of the piano at 5 years old. Since he was very young, he has been passionate about this musical instrument.

While rehearsing at home, Evan completely lost his bearings. He couldn’t remember how to play a single piano note.

His mother, totally deprived of means, did not know how to react to the magnitude of the situation.

“I thought he was having a fit or something. He wasn’t acting normally,” says Mr.me Evans.

For his part, the main interested party explains how the abnormal situation started.

“It happened by chance. I had no idea why this had happened to me,” he said in an interview with Inside Edition.

Transported to a hospital center, he was taken care of by doctors who were able to find the cause of the incident.

He was told he had encephalitis, a brain infection that occurs when a virus directly infects the brain, or when a virus, vaccine, or something else triggers inflammation.

“The doctor told us that it was extremely rare, testifies the mother of the pianist. He was vaccinated against chicken pox.

Four days after being diagnosed, he was cured thanks to the hard work of the doctors.

To pay it forward, Evan came to play a few pieces on the piano in front of a group of sick children at the hospital where he had been admitted.
