The circulation of photos of the Russian president follows widely circulated videos and photos of Putin’s meeting with his Defense Minister, Sergei Shoigu, and what was raised regarding his body language, and what activists described as “signs of tension”, whether by his constant grip on the edge of the table or the constant movement of his foot.
