The Aston Villa was considered a clear candidate Luton Town at home and didn’t disappoint the Birmingham fans at first. We had to wait until the 24th minute for the first goal, when Leon Bailey scored angle Ollie Watkins nodded at the gate (0–1). In the 38th minute, the English national team player scored for the second time (sixteenth time in the league!), converting a great pass from Douglas Luiz into a goal. At first, his goal was not given due to offside, but after the VAR investigation, it was (0–2).
Villa played with a great advantage, the home team was only able to threaten it at the beginning of the half.
After the break, he pushed his positions higher at Luton, then in the middle of the game, the ball bouncing back and forth Tahith Chong brought it close to the goal (1–2).

Aston Villa made the game difficult for themselves, but in the end they got the three points and confirmed their fourth place in the table. Luton remained in the relegation zone.
