This Sunday, February 19, a day of the Caracas Rueda Libre Plan will be held, which will offer the inhabitants of the capital city recreational activities and physical exercise, during the 2023 Carnival holiday.
The call is for them to go to Hugo Chávez Park (La Rinconada, Coche parish) and Los Símbolos square (San Pedro), starting at 8:30 in the morning, information that was disseminated by the Municipal Institute of Sports and Recreation (Imdere), an entity attached to the Mayor’s Office of the Bolivarian Libertador Municipality, through social networks.
