Player created Elden Ring Boss Chart

FromSoftware’s latest RPG Elden Ring boasts an impressive amount of boss fights. and one fan of the game has pieced together a host of bosses into an artistic diagram with an amazing level of insight.

Since its release, Elden Ring has received a lot of sales and attention, and the huge roster of boss fights is complemented by an impressive lore to match the overarching storyline. Therefore, a convenient diagram was created to classify and group similar types of bosses. The table lists many of the bosses that appear in Elden Ring, so gamers should beware of spoilers.

It describes in detail the bosses of Elden Ring, divided into groups and subspecies. This includes optional “field” bosses that can be found in the game that are not marked with “fog gates”, as well as some bosses that are not related to any others. The closer to the center, the more impressive and rich the plot is a specific boss for the Elden Ring line.

The art style used in the diagram mixes traditional art styles with different color schemes and shapes to depict each group of bosses. For example, the avatars of the Tree of Erd are not only green, but also sprout from the Pens, like a plant rooted deep in historical origins. Within 24 hours, the chart gained over 6,000 votes on the Elden Ring subreddit, attracting a lot of attention from fans willing to discuss the lore.

Other fans have noted that several bosses remain off the chart, in particular secondary versions of earlier bosses such as Astel and even the infamous Godric the Hundred Hands, simply known as the “2nd” version. Some say this makes the diagram incomplete as a result, but this criticism is more the result of FromSoftware’s decision to reuse bosses. The chart shows the wide range of bosses that can be fought during the playthrough, which is another proof of how much compelling content there is to find in the Interearth.
