Algerian star Youssef Belaili is heading to join a new team in the French Football League following Brest.
Brest announced a few weeks ago the termination of his contract with the Algerian star.
The French newspaper, L’Equipe, said that Blaili appears to be close to joining the Ajaccio team, and that negotiations appear to be advanced between the two parties.
For its part, the French Radio Monte Carlo website confirmed the Algerian player’s joining this team.
“Everything can happen, but the negotiations are in the right direction,” said one Ajaccio administrator.
French club Montpellier is also interested in the inclusion of Blaili, according to French press reports.
