Earlier, on the evening of the 5th, he asked for information about his younger brother, saying, “He disappeared from the bus stop around 2:00 noon and has not been found since.”
Ji-in Moon posted closed-circuit (CCTV) footage and said, “I have a younger brother with level 1 mental retardation. He has epilepsy and is an immature gait, so tonight is very dangerous.
