Following the qualification of Feydeau Seven in the Prix d’Amérique, the quinté made a stopover in Béarn, on the occasion of the Prix Auguste de Castelbajac, a steeplechase disputed over 4,000 m. At the end of a race rich in twists and turns, Guarantee of success (n° 4), favorite of the race, completed his task. The pupil of Dominique Bressou, always seen at the forefront, went on the attack in the final bend and managed to slip away from his opponents, heading for a clear success. The partner of Gaëtan Masure, signed his first success in fifths while his jockey won for the tenth time at this level.
