The coaches of Pokémon GO can evolve to Sandshrew during the event or up to two hours following it ends to get a Sandslash who knows the Shadow Slash charged attack. In the case of evolving Sandshrew de Alola you can get a Sandslash by Alola that knows the Shadow Claw fast attack.
