Pokemon Horizons: anime name without Ash revealed in new trailer

Yet another trailer for Pokémon Horizons was released and showed the name of the season. For those who don’t know, this is the first season of the little monster anime without the protagonist Ash, who, along with his Pikachu, recently debuted the last episode of his arc with his faithful friend.

A trailer had already been released, but the name had not yet been revealed. Now, this is no longer a mystery to anyone, as well as the new protagonists, who will be called Liko and Roy. In production, several known Pokemon are seen and you can have a small sample of what the new characters will experience.

The new season will take place in the region of Paldea, the same as Pokémon Scarlet and Violet games. Obviously, the starters available to choose from will be those from the region itself: Sprigatito. Fuecoco and Quaxly. Another detail of the trailer is that you can see a Shiny Terastalized version of Rayquaza. The description of the new arc of the franchise is as follows:

Go on a new journey in Pokémon Horizons: The Series! Follow Liko and Roy as they unravel the mysteries that surround them and encounter Friede, Captain Pikachu, Amethio and more during their exciting adventures!

So far, the release date of the new anime series for the West has not been announced. Even so, the Pokémon Company claims that it will arrive in 2023.
