It’s just a small play on words, but it speaks volumes regarding the still heated mood in Poland: The respected liberal weekly newspaper “Polityka” has been using a phrase for the Constitutional Court in Warsaw for some time that can be translated as “non-constitutional court” – or even as an “unconstitutional court,” if you will.
