SYDNEY – After the death of a great-grandmother in Australia by a taser by the police in a retirement home, her relatives have announced a lawsuit against the New South Wales state government. Because of the death of the 95-year-old, who is suffering from dementia, the family wants to sue for damages in a civil suit, said her lawyer, Sam Tierney, on Tuesday.
